DoWSanctuary is a community site open to everyone who plays Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War. The focus of this site is on providing an excellent collection of game replays as well as a friendly place for our members to discuss game strategy or anything else to do with DoW. The main elements of the site are only open to members who have registered with us ... but registration is free so come in and join us today.

So yeah, it took us a while again, sort of a habbit here.
We finally managed to get the voting done and are pleased to announce the two new Moderators.
Please welcome bogger and Saaz as new Staff members.
Thanks to everyone who applied, there were far more applications than we were willing to take and we ultimately decided to only take 2 new Staff members for the moment.

Looking for new Moderator Staff |

Hey folks,
the DoWSanctuary Staff has been having problems keeping this site running smoothly.
With HaXxorized, Mask and me currently inactive, we are looking to add a few more people to the Staff to help us.
If you are interested in joining the Moderator Staff please PM me your application, explaining why you want to get in.
We expect
1) A track record of constructive posts
2) The will to help the community, I know some people try to collect Staff positions for the glory of it .. don't even bother, there is none
3) A thick skin, people will inevitably insult you when you try to bring them back in line after their flamemarathon
4) Activity.
You don't need to lurk the forums 24/7, but you should be online more than once a week.
We will collect the applications, discuss them and then announce the results.

Vaul, a youtube RTS commentator and DowSanctuary Contributor is hosting, organising and shoutcasting a Soulstorm tournament where everyone has to pick random. It's a 16-man tournament featuring some well known names from around DowSanctuary as well as some players from the RelicNews. The devils were so stunned by this news they forgot to light the furnace and Hell froze over. List of fixes: QUOTE -Min_Damage_Value on tau photon grenade reduced to 45
-Sisters of Battle Blessed Armor research will no longer affect all Sisters of Battle units

Soulstorm patch 1.1 is out |

The patch for Soulstorm is online, finally. According to the old changelog it is supposed to fix the most critical bugs as well as introduce some balance changes. We'll see what we're dealing with exactly when new information (full changelog, replays etc.) will be available. Let us hope the waiting was not in vain.
